At Valvoline consumer safety is our #1 priority. To help keep our roads safe, we notify VIOC consumers of open recalls and refer them to TRUSTED dealership partners!
STEP 1: Consumer visits Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) for basic service.
STEP 2: Vehicles at participating locations are scanned for open recalls.
STEP 3: If a recall is detected, the consumer is sent an email and/or direct mail notification. Included is a referral to one of Valvoline's TRUSTED dealer partners and a $50 incentive to complete the recall there.
STEP 4: Consumer visits the trusted dealership for recall services.
STEP 5: Consumer uploads their invoice to receive their exclusive $50 VISA card.
